THE ONLY TRUE AND LIVING GOD

Psalm 139:1-24

The Bible contains limited information about our unlimited God (John 21:25; Revelation 22:18-19; Deuteronomy 4:2; Deuteronomy 12:32). The Holy Spirit superintended the writing of Scripture (2 Peter 1:21; 2 Timothy 3:16). The Bible is the source of trusted information about God (Matthew 22:29; Matthew 15:1-9; 2 Timothy 3:16; Romans 15:4). Sound doctrine is the teaching, instruction, and precepts of God our Savior contained in the Bible (1 Timothy 6:1-5; Titus 2:9-10).

“Therefore, since we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Divine Nature is like gold or silver or stone, something shaped by art and man’s devising. Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent, because He has appointed a day on which He will judge the world in righteousness by the Man whom He has ordained. He has given assurance of this to all by raising Him from the dead.” (Acts 17:29-31).
