LET ME REMIND YOU WHO I AM
Job 1:1 - 2:10, 38:1 - 42:17
This sermon series title was inspired by Robert Smith Jr.'s book Doctrine that Dances. This week, we will survey the book of Job to explore more attributes of God, such as sovereignty and providence. We will give particular attention to what Job teaches us about the natural and spiritual worlds and the God who rules both.
“For I know that my Redeemer lives, And He shall stand at last on the earth; And after my skin is destroyed, this I know, that in my flesh I shall see God, Whom I shall see for myself, and my eyes shall behold, and not another. How my heart yearns within me!” (Job 19:25-27)
“For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus, who gave Himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.” (1 Timothy 2:5-6).
