THE WISDOM FOUND IN WORDS AND THE WISDOM FOUND IN SILENCE

Some people always seem to have something helpful to say. Others feel they always have to say something, even when it is not necessary. Jesus never said too much or too little, and we can also learn lessons from his words and His silence. One of our greatest struggles is knowing when to speak up and not knowing when to shut up.
Proverbs 17:1-28
Scripture commands us to be swift to hear, slow to speak, and slow to get angry. (James 3:13- 18) many have ignored all three of those commands. Since the Lord will hold human beings accountable for every word they speak, (Matthew 12:36). Now is a good time to stop saying everything you feel like saying and give God time to control your speech.
